The Role:
You will work on a one-to-one basis with students, delivering personalised sessions designed to re-engage them in education. This role requires patience, adaptability, and a willingness to think outside the box to support each learner effectively.
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
- QTS or equivalent, or relevant tutoring experience
- UK classroom teaching experience or tutoring experience
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching
- Patience and resilience when working with challenging situations
- Experience supporting SEND or disengaged pupils
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for one
- Provide two professional references related to working with children
