Process Operative- Late Shift Cheltenham, £12.81 per hour (£13.41 per hour after 18:00), Monday-Friday 16:00-00:00, Temp-to-Perm

Working within a commercial laundry environment, you will be responsible for processing soiled linen and garments through various stages of production. This includes sorting items, operating equipment, quality checking finished products, and using pressing and ironing equipment to ensure items are presented to the highest standard before being returned to customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a good eye for detail, and are looking for a stable role with the potential of a permanent contract.

Pay & Working Hours
- £12.81 per hour
- £13.41 per hour after 18:00
- Monday to Friday
- 16:00 start time
- Finish time dependent on daily volumes
Daily Duties
- Handling and processing soiled linen and garments
- Sorting items ready for cleaning and finishing
- Ironing, pressing, and finishing garments to customer standards
- Inspecting items for quality and presentation
- Organising and preparing customer orders
- Counting stock and completing basic records
- Applying labels and checking order information
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable working with soiled laundry and linen
- Basic numeracy and organisational skills
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, laundry, housekeeping, warehousing, hospitality, or garment care would be beneficial, but is not required
