Description

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organised and well-equipped.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff by preparing documentation and assisting with initial training.
  • Assist with invoicing and basic financial record-keeping tasks.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure deadlines and targets are met.

Profile

A successful Office Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
