Job Title: Corporate Orders Co-ordinator
Location: Tyseley
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5 and Friday 8.30 to 4.30
Hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation
Description:
Our client based near Tyseley is currently seeking a Corporate Orders Co-ordinator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be processing sales and purchase orders and returns efficiently, working to tight deadlines. You will be liaising with suppliers and hauliers daily, providing clear and concise communication to customers from order receipt to supply and regularly updating them.
Key Duties:
- Liaise with corporate customers and suppliers by telephone and e-mail
- Ensure accurate placement of orders with manufacturers and suppliers
- Arrange cost effective international transportation of orders
- Organise Express and container deliveries
- Organise UK transportation to site where necessary
- Update ongoing status of order to the customer
- Prepare sales order documentation for despatch
- Update and maintain accurate communication and opportunity stages in SAP system
- Continuously monitor all stocks allocated to live sales orders for pro-forma and account customers
- Liaise with Credit Control regarding new accounts, account limits, on hold orders for despatch within SAP
- Process sales returns in agreement with the Managing Director and ensuring stock is moved in SAP
- Offer customers add-on products to increase sales
- Carry out further tasks from time to time be delegated to you by your manager
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Previous use of SAP (Or other CRM / ERP systems) would be an advantage but not essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail
- Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
