They are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigator to manage a diverse and challenging caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who thrives on variety and is looking to step up into more complex work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a mixed caseload of EL, PL, and RTA matters.
- Focusing primarily on Fast Track litigation, with opportunities to work on Intermediate and Multi-Track cases.
- Utilising the MOJ Portals.
- Providing a first-class service to clients
