I’m keen to connect with NQ–1+ PQE Contentious Probate Solicitors who have gained strong hands-on experience and are looking to take the next step with a nationally recognised firm.

This is a highly regarded practice with an excellent reputation for contentious wills, trusts and estates work.
The team is known for handling complex, high-value disputes, delivering outstanding client care and fostering a collaborative, supportive culture. Flexible and hybrid working is fully embedded, giving lawyers genuine autonomy and work-life balance.
You'll manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including:
- Will and inheritance disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Trust and estate disputes
- Capacity and validity challenges
- Executor and trustee disputes
This role offers excellent exposure to complex work, early responsibility and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
- NQ–1+ years' PQE with strong contentious probate experience
- Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
- Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills
- Keen to continue developing within a collaborative, high-performing team
