Position: Handyperson
Location: Hurlingham Waterfront, SW6 2TZ
Working Hours: 4 Days on, 4 Days off,
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000

Development Details:
This role will be based at a new residential development in Fulham, comprising 292 apartments. The development offers a range of on-site amenities including a swimming pool, gym, cinema, residents’ lounge, boardrooms and a landscaped garden area with seating for residents. The site is well connected, with transport links via Earl’s Court station and Wandsworth Town station, along with additional Overground access nearby.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
