This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-million pound manufacturer within a stable industry where you will play a key role in developing employees across a busy production environment.
The company is well-established in its industry and has seen continued growth. Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking to add to their skilled team with a Factory Trainer.
As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for delivering training to employees, supporting new starters and existing team members, and ensuring people have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
This role is ideal for someone from a manufacturing, FMCG or food background who has trained apprentices, production operatives or other employees, and is looking for a Monday to Friday days-based role with no nights or weekend work.
The Role:
- Deliver training to production employees across a manufacturing environment
- Plan, create and review training programmes, learning materials and training sessions
- Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm (37.5-hour week)
- Training, progression and company benefits
