FM Hard Services Manager – Central Buildings
Whinfell Forest | £65,000 – £75,000 per annum dependent on experience plus 18% bonus scheme

We're looking for an inspiring leader to manage a skilled team responsible for maintaining our village forest, buildings and infrastructure to the highest standards. You'll drive efficient maintenance practices while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality, efficient maintenance
- Maintain all assets to a high standard across natural and built environments
- Promote team wellbeing and drive performance through effective management
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and encourage cross-team collaboration

Your working hours
- Full-time contract, contracted 150 hours per 4-week period
- Shifts will typically fall between 8am and 6pm
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Take part in the out of hours Duty Management rota
About you
- Proven ability to manage technical and administrative teams
- Skilled in managing dynamic workloads with effective task prioritisation
- Experienced in managing service contracts within hard FM environments
- Holds a formal Facilities Management qualification or HNC in Construction or Engineering (UK)
- Use of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
- Experience in safety standards and risk management
- Demonstrate a high technical knowledge of HVAC systems
