The Supply Register is proud to partner with Further Education colleges across South London to build a talent pool of enthusiastic and organised Enrolment Officers ahead of the busy September enrolment period.
This is a speculative recruitment campaign, giving candidates the opportunity to register their interest in upcoming vacancies before they become available. As colleges prepare for the new academic year, we're looking to connect with individuals who are ready to support learners during one of the busiest and most important times of the college calendar.
Whether you're an experienced Enrolment Officer, Admissions Officer, Student Services Administrator, or come from a strong customer service or administrative background, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As an Enrolment Officer, you'll be at the heart of the student journey, helping learners successfully enrol onto their chosen courses and ensuring they receive a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience from day one.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming prospective and returning students during enrolment and registration.
- Supporting learners with completing enrolment documentation and applications.
- Verifying student information and eligibility in line with college procedures.
- Providing accurate information on courses, funding, student services, and college policies.
- Maintaining accurate student records using college management systems.
- Liaising with curriculum teams, admissions staff, and student support services to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
- Responding to enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Supporting enrolment events, open days, and peak registration periods.
- Completing administrative tasks accurately while ensuring compliance with GDPR and college policies.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from:
- Experienced Enrolment Officers or Admissions Administrators.
- Student Services or College Administrators.
- Candidates with strong customer service and administration experience looking to work within Further Education.
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using databases or student record systems.
- A professional, approachable, and learner-focused attitude.
Desirable
- Previous experience within a Further or Higher Education environment.
- Knowledge of admissions, enrolment, or student records processes.
- Experience using student management systems such as ProSolution, EBS, or similar.
- Understanding of funding eligibility and enrolment compliance requirements.
