An exciting opportunity has arisen with a modern, technology-led property business that is continuing to expand across London and the UK. They are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial property professional to establish and grow their presence throughout North London.
This role is ideal for a proven Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Lister, Branch Manager or Associate Director who wants the freedom of self-employment without sacrificing the backing, systems, and brand recognition of an established business.

The Role
As the local property expert for your territory, you'll be responsible for developing business opportunities, winning instructions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
Your duties will include:

• Conducting market appraisals and listing properties
• Building relationships with homeowners and prospective vendors
• Managing viewings and buyer enquiries
• Negotiating offers and securing agreed sales
• Guiding clients through the transaction process
• Developing your local profile and personal brand
• Generating referrals and repeat business
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values

About You
We're keen to speak with professionals who have:

• Previous experience within residential estate agency
• A strong track record in sales, valuations or business generation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong local knowledge of North London or surrounding areas
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
