Sales Order Administrator
Woking – Office Based
£25K – £30K per
My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team. Supporting the Sales team with one other Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for all daily administrative functions. You will:
- Manage all incoming calls and emails and deal with accordingly
- Produce and distribute invoices
- Manage incoming invoices, check for errors and process payment
- Acknowledge and process customer orders
- Work closely with the international teams, supporting with administrative support
- Maintain and update the Sales order files
- Manage and document all paperwork
- Work closely with the suppliers and manage any operational issues
- Keep track on all shipments and update the customers with any delays
- Maintain the company CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
- Assist the sales team with any further administration support
- Assisting with any VAT queries on the international shipments
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good working knowledge on Microsoft office, predominantly within Excel
- Ideally have a good understanding of international shipments
- Have strong administration skills and have previous working knowledge within a similar role
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to manage a large workload effectively
- Have strong attention to detail
