- Are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs
- Are patient, resilient, and eager to develop practical skills in a school setting
- Are considering a future career in education, educational psychology, therapy, or another child-focused profession
Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting pupils are what matter most.
What the school offers:
- A supportive and experienced staff team committed to professional development
- Valuable hands-on experience working alongside teachers and SEN specialists
- Excellent preparation for postgraduate study or careers in education, psychology, or therapeutic professions
