The Team & Focus of the Role
Would you like to join our established and driven Infrastructure Services team in Ashby? This office serves our clients within the Utilities and Infrastructure sector, and they are part of a close-knit network across the UK to deliver exceptional results for our clients to ensure their assets are being managed and maintained safely and efficiently.
We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. You may have experience as an Accounts Administrator/Clerk or be a strong Administrator who has assisted in financial delivery. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load and managing spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role is a full-time position based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:

Duties will include:
- Management of internal operations solution, covering time recording, expenses, disbursements, and project creation to include:
- Running reports
- Data entry
- Processing data
- Raising of VAT invoices
- Logging invoices
- Invoice submission to client
- Liaising with line managers over expense/timesheet and approvals
- Liaising with finance team
- Managing WIP data
The successful candidate will have…
- Accounting knowledge, with a track record in debtor management
- An ability to seek out best practice solutions
- Attention to detail
- Good communication
- Able to work to strict deadlines/juggle workloads
