FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship market across the UK. We are on the hunt for multiple Careers Advisor's to support a caseload of clients back into sustainable employment/ training.
We are looking for multiple Careers Advisor's across the Staffordshire area; the successful candidate will provide 1 to 1 support mentorship and guidance to support clients back into sustainable employment. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: – Conduct the sign-up meeting, completing all appropriate paperwork accurately – Provide Careers Advice & Guidance to clients on how to gain employment, cv writing, interview techniques/tips and confidence building. – Manage regular reviews with clients to support them back into employment. – Identify employment & work-related opportunities with local employers, working closely with the Employer Relation team. -Provide regular updates on client progress, ensuring CRM system is updated.
Candidate Requirements: – Prior experience in Skills & Employment Support advice. – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, management information systems (CRM, LMS) What you get? – Salary up to £31,000 + additional benefits! – Candidates will have opportunities to complete fully funded CPD & gain additional qualifications around employment support & advice.
