Showroom Manager – Plymouth (PL7 1SR) – Plumb Centre

As a Showroom Manager based in Plymouth you’ll be responsible for:

Running the day-to-day operations of the showroom embedded within a branch

Recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and motivating your showroom consultants and supporting their development

Driving sales and customer service within the bathroom showroom by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products with a proactive and friendly approach and delivering outstanding service

Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom

Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 08.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 8:00am – 12:00pm.

Previous experience in a bathroom showroom environment is beneficial

The ability to motivate, inspire and develop your team

An understanding of sales and margins targets

Excellent ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

A passion for driving consistency in branch standards

Utilisation of CAD for bathroom designs
