Location: Barnet

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a successful and growing Independent Financial Advice practice in Barnet.

We are looking for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team with genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role

Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the advice process
  • Preparing client documentation and application packs
  • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
  • Managing new business submissions through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Booking client meetings and supporting advisers with diary management
  • Assisting with ongoing servicing and client reviews

About You

  • Previous experience in an IFA or Financial Planning environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Professional, friendly and client-focused approach
  • Knowledge of industry back-office systems would be advantageous
