This role is ideal for an enthusiastic estate agency professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify applicants, matching buyers with suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert local knowledge.
• Negotiate offers through to successful agreement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and developers.
• Generate new business opportunities and maximise every enquiry.
• Keep applicants updated on new instructions and market activity.
• Progress sales and liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and all parties involved to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

About You

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or within residential estate agency.
• A confident and personable communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for property.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and keen to succeed.
• A proactive approach to building relationships and generating business.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
