7.5T Customer Delivery & Installation Driver!
Magnus Search are looking a 7.5T Customer Delivery and Installation Driver, to work for a large White goods company based in Plymouth. This role a long-term temporary position, where you will work 7am – 5pm 5 days a week and be paid £14.50 per hour, with weekly pay.
As a 7.5T Customer Delivery & Installation Driver your key Responsibilities are:
· Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate products including white goods, televisions, and cookers in customers’ homes
· Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
· Use handheld devices to complete delivery records and obtain customer signatures
· Maintain regular communication with the site to manage route changes and resolve issues
· Handle products with care and ensure loads are secured safely throughout the day
· Liaise with manufacturers when required at the point of delivery
· Complete deliveries and collections from retail stores, including tote boxes
· Drive safely and in full compliance with transport regulations and company policies
To be successful you will need:
· Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
· Effective communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
· Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role
· Previous experience driving a 7.5T vehicle, or eligibility to train towards the licence
· Full UK/EU C1 driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points) or working towards it
· Driver CPC (DCPC) qualification
· Valid Digital Tachograph Card
· Driver Qualification Card (DQC) – desirable
