Monday to Friday
6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced CNC Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business specialising in building products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual with previous CNC machining experience to work within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and programming CNC routers where required
- Producing high-quality fabricated products in line with production requirements
- Completing production paperwork accurately and consistently
- Carrying out regular quality inspections and reporting any issues to the Team Leader
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within the fabrication area
- Following all company health and safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets
- Contributing to an organised and efficient working environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery (essential)
- Experience with CNC routers or profiling equipment (highly desirable)
- Experience working with composite materials (desirable)
- Experience using measuring equipment such as Vernier calipers, tape measures, and thickness gauges (desirable)
- Valid forklift licence (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
