Locum Family Support Worker

NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable children's charities in the country in order to help them find a Family Support Worker who can join them on a locum basis for several months.
They offer flexibility with home working and a good pay rate that can go up to £20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
The FamilySupport Worker will do home visits and will need to assess the complexity of the environment and case. The role involves delivering targeted early help to families with children under 12, holding a caseload of approximately 10 – 12 families.
The role involves weekly visits to family homes and other settings, completing early help assessments and developing SMART plans, coordinating multi-agency Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings, implementing evidence-based interventions and programs to improve outcomes for children and families.
Requirements:
