Main responsibilities
- Woking within a close knit team to drive projects through from start to finish.
- Identify potential clients and opportunities within consumer and FMCG, retail, hospitality and travel industries.
- Ensuring all client areas are fully targeted and qualified.
- Marketing opportunities in conjunction with projects.
- Building and maintaining relationships and managing on an ongoing basis.
- Database management, updating regularly with relevant information.
- Preparing accurate client reports, presentations, assignment briefs and profiles.
- Assisting with business development activity and providing detailed company information.
- Building network of first class contacts in order to enhance reputation.
- Keeping abreast of market movements and industry knowledge.
The ideal candidate
- Degree educated.
- At least 3-6 months administrative experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS office, able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Self-starter, energetic and highly motivated and super organised.
- Real team player and happy to help out wherever required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Analytically minded, curious and a real problem solver.
- Able to use your initiative with a tenacious approach.
- Gain a real interest in the business.
