We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Worcester.

Location: Worcester
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in overseeing electrical operations within sewage treatment facilities, leading sub-contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to exceptional quality standards. What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering electrical projects across sewage treatment plants. Your day to day will include:

  • Supervising sub-contractors, providing guidance and support whilst ensuring work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems, ensuring adherence to electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Planning and coordinating electrical maintenance activities, monitoring performance and updating progress
  • Implementing and maintaining a safe work environment, conducting safety briefings and identifying potential hazards
  • Managing quality documentation including inspections, sign-offs, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements

What are we looking for?

This role of Electrical Supervisor is great for you if:

  • You hold a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • You have SSSTS or SMSTS, 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), and Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualifications
  • You hold a Full driving licence and ECS / JIB Gold or Black Card (Supervisor)
  • You have post-qualification experience in electrical installation, testing and supervision
  • You're a collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships and working towards innovative solutions
