As a Customer Service Apprentice at Specsavers, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. You will work in the office completing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

- Welcoming customers into store
- Booking in eye tests
- Answering calls and general queries
- Updating and filing records
- Managing appointments
