Class 2 HGV Driver – Eastleigh – Temp to Perm
Wild Recruitment is on the lookout for reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a well-established distribution client based in Eastleigh, Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for long-term stability with a great team.
Monday to Friday, start times are between 5am and 7am, 40 hours a week on average
£18ph on Umbrella or £15.60 PAYE
This role has the potential to become permanent!
What You'll Be Doing as a Class 2 HGV Driver:
- Delivering alcohol products to a range of customers nationwide, with the support of a Driver's Mate
- Handling multi-drop deliveries, including loading and unloading stock
- Ensuring compliance with road safety and tachograph regulations
- Providing a friendly, professional service to customers and completing delivery paperwork
- Operating from a well-connected Southampton depot
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho card
- New passes welcome!
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- A proactive team player with a strong focus on customer service
