What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Generate valuation opportunities and develop new business leads
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Build and maintain relationships with applicants, vendors and prospective clients
• Follow up sales enquiries and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Promote additional services and support the achievement of business targets
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
