Our client, a global aerospaceprecisionmanufacturer in Derby, is looking for a skilled CNCMiller to set and operate 3–axisCNCmilling machines producing high-precision components.
You’ll ideally have strong experience with setting and operating CNC Milling machines (3-Axis is a must have) be confident working independently in a regulated manufacturing environment. Aerospace experience or knowledge of Mazak or Fanuc controls would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

Early Shift – Monday – Thursday: 6am – 2pm Friday: 9am-1pm
Late Shift: Monday – Thursday: 2pm – 10pm Friday: 9:am – 4pm

Job Description
• Set and operate CNC Milling machines (3-Axis is a must) machines following standard operating procedures.
• Produce components to engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications.
• Achieve required productivity levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Use inspection equipment and measurement methods to validate finished components.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Experience setting and operating3-axis CNC Milling machines
• Familiarity with Mazak and Fanuc control systems is advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
