We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Family Solicitor to join a professional services firm in High Wycombe. This permanent role involves providing expert legal advice and handling family law cases with precision and care.

Description
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes
- Provide clients with clear, accurate, and practical legal advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Draft legal documents such as court applications, and correspondence.
Profile
We're seeking a family solicitor who is:
- 2-3 years PQE with strong family law experience
- Experienced in managing their own caseload independently
- Ambitious and passionate about modern, constructive approaches to family law
- Experienced in working with high-net-worth clients and/or complex family law matters
- An advocate of Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR)
- Resolution member (or willing to become one)
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- An excellent communicator with exceptional client care skills
- Able to supervise and support junior team members
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experienced using case management systems and Microsoft Office
Job Offer
- A salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum.
