About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistants to join our partner primary schools for long-term placements beginning in September. These roles are ideal for individuals who have been working recently in primary settings and can bring strong classroom experience, confidence, and consistency to pupils and staff.You will support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths, working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support, small-group interventions, and one-to-one assistance where required.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced candidates with recent work in UK primary schools
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and classroom routines
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Confident supporting learning, behaviour, and pastoral needs
- A proactive, reliable, and nurturing approach
- Relevant TA qualifications are desirable but not essential with strong experience.
