I am recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a busy specialist education setting supporting around 150 employees. Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle, making this an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR exposure and develop your career.
The Role
- First point of contact for HR queries.
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Managing safer recruitment compliance and pre-employment checks.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and providing day-to-day HR administration.
About You
I am looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous HR, recruitment or administration experience is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it) would be highly desirable, but I am equally keen to hear from candidates with strong transferable skills who are looking to build a career in HR.
