Experienced Chefs Wanted
Jubilee Hospitality is recruiting experienced Relief Chefs to support a number of established fresh food gastro pubs across Birmingham & Midlands.
This role is only suitable for chefs with previous professional experience in commercial kitchens. Applications from candidates without chef experience will not be considered.
Whether you're a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef, we have flexible temporary assignments available throughout the week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes
- Working in professional gastro pub kitchens
- Supporting established kitchen brigades during busy services
- Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
What We Offer
- £15.00–£20.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Weekly pay
- Holiday pay and pension

Essential Requirements
We are looking for chefs who:
- Have recent experience working as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Have worked in fresh food restaurants, gastro pubs, hotels or esteemed events
- Can confidently run a section without supervision
- Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
- Have their own transport or can reliably travel to venues across Midlands
