Interim Head of Procurement — 6 Month FTC
We're seeking an experienced Interim Head of Procurement to lead our clients procurement function through a period of transition.
The Role
- Lead and develop the procurement team, driving strategic sourcing and category management
- Own supplier relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Deliver cost savings and process efficiencies across the procurement lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with procurement policy, governance, and risk frameworks
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to align procurement strategy with wider goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a senior procurement leadership role (interim or permanent)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- CIPS qualification (or equivalent) desirable
- Available to start at short notice
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Details
- Contract: 6 month Fixed-Term Contract (potential to extend)
- Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (pro-rata / FTE)
- Location: Midlands — hybrid working
