Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the Hotel Manager with the daily operation of the hotel.
• Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Monitor hotel performance, budgets, and departmental targets.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, company policies, and hotel procedures.
• Support revenue growth through effective operational management and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain excellent standards of presentation throughout the hotel.
