Digital Marketing Manager | Health & Fitness | £50,000 – £55,0000 | Hybrid/London
I am working with an absolute favourite Fitness brand of mine that are looking for someone to take ownership of the digital marketing initiatives from content, to paid advertising, and CRM for example. If you love all things Digital Marketing and Gym/Pilates/Yoga focus – this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (social, search, display).
*Manage and grow CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
*Plan and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion and engagement metrics.
*Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure digital initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy.
*Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage in the luxury space.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Paid, CRM etc)
*Industry experience within the Health & Fitness industry is advantageous but could be open to subscription, lifestyle brands!
*Working in a start-up/scale up environment
*Strong technical skills and hands on experience
*Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
