The Role

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Account Director to lead on a portfolio of outdoor and experiential projects, with a particular focus on sporting and large-scale brand activations. This is a senior, client-facing role where you will act as the strategic lead while ensuring exceptional delivery across all stages of each project.

Key responsibilities include:

•          Leading and developing senior client relationships

•          Taking, interpreting and challenging creative briefs

•          Shaping compelling responses, proposals and pitch presentations

•          Overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved

•          Leading internal creative, production and technical teams

•          Managing external suppliers, contractors and specialist partners

•          Overseeing stakeholder engagement at all levels

•          Driving commercial performance and budget ownership

•          Line management, mentoring and team development

This role offers real influence across projects and the opportunity to shape impactful live environments from concept through to execution.

The Candidate

The ideal Account Director will come from an experiential, events or production agency background, with a proven track record delivering complex outdoor and live projects. Experience across sporting events, fan zones, brand activations, public events or large-scale experiential builds is essential.

You will be confident leading clients, developing ideas and managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously. Strong commercial awareness, budget management expertise and previous line management experience are key. A willingness to be on-site and lead delivery in high-pressure live environments is also essential. This position would suit an ambitious Account Director who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys collaborative creative environments and is passionate about delivering standout experiential work.
