The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.

Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development.

Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where required.

Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Are patient, adaptable, and nurturing.

Have a genuine passion for supporting learning and development.

Can work effectively as part of a team.
-
Hold, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
