Client Services Administrator
London (City)
£25,000 – £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A highly regarded and growing financial services firm based in the heart of the City of London is looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services—particularly within an IFA environment—who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and professional setting. Full training will be provided, along with exposure to multiple areas of the business.
The Role
Working closely with senior team members, including the Head Paraplanner and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and internal operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Administration & Office Support
- Managing incoming post and documentation
- Scanning and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Client Services
- Assisting with client onboarding processes
- Providing ongoing support and high-quality service to existing clients
- Processing client withdrawals and requests
- Keeping client records up to date within the CRM system
- Maintaining client portal access and functionality
- Supporting with tax return processes
Compliance & Operations
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Supporting operational processes across the business
About You
- Previous experience within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm is highly desirable
- Degree-level education preferred (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- A methodical and structured approach to tasks
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks delegated by senior staff
