What we look for in Receptionist candidates:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Confidently delivering exceptional service with an uplifting, bubbly communication style
- Proactive and solutions-driven, with excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Able to support wider teams, with a can-do attitude, offering further support outside traditional receptionist duties
- Tech confident (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar)
- Comfortable with the expectation of in-person, office-first work environments
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Ability to build new relationships and champion positivity, creating an incredible first impression for visitors
