Join a an established military kitchen at Fort George Barracks near Nairn! This ongoing temporary role offers structured hours, mostly Monday to Friday, with only one weekend per month. Work buffet-style catering for up to 90 covers and enjoy excellent pay, steady hours, and a well-balanced rota.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and run a designated kitchen section

Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and control portions

Work closely with the wider brigade to maintain consistency
