The Opportunity
As the senior member of the client services team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to advisers and clients while helping to mentor and develop junior colleagues. You'll be instrumental in maintaining the high service standards the practice is known for, with a clear pathway into a leadership role as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality client services administration across the practice
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Manage client review processes from preparation through to completion
- Process new business applications and ongoing servicing requests
- Maintain accurate client records, including CFR updates
- Act as a senior point of contact within the administration team, providing guidance and support to colleagues
- Help drive operational efficiency and maintain exceptional service standards during a period of continued growth
- Support and improve internal processes and workflows
- Progress into a management position as the business continues to expand
About You
- Previous experience within a St. James's Place Practice is essential
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a Financial Services Administration or Client Services role
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and confidence learning new systems
- Comfortable taking on senior responsibilities and mentoring less experienced team members
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Ambitious and motivated by the opportunity to progress into management
- RO qualifications are not essential—full study support will be provided
