Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Scope fees for existing clients and manage billing effectively.
- Support junior team members with technical and business advice.
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in Residential Property law.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes.
- Excellent organisational and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
