HR Administrator
We are currently seeking an organised and professional HR Administrator to join our clients busy HR team on a short term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.85 – £15.38 per hour
Contract: Short term 3-month assignment with the potential for extension
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR team across a range of activities.
- Managing and updating employee information across multiple systems.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters.
- Responding to employee and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Using systems such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and the HR platform SuccessFactors.
- Handling confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
About You
- Previous HR experience is beneficial
- Strong administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and new employees.
- Able to handle enquiries efficiently and provide a high level of customer service.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to work.
