Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a reliable and detail-driven Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their friendly and close-knit Accounts team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.
DAY TO DAY:
-
Processing and maintaining purchase ledger transactions
-
Managing and updating cash book records
-
Processing payments to suppliers and subcontractors
-
Reconciling accounts, including high-volume supplier accounts
-
Ensuring financial records remain accurate and up to date
-
Managing transactions and reconciliations using Sage
-
Supporting audit processes and maintaining strong internal controls

Handling telephone enquiries in a professional manner
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger or Accounts role
-
Sage accounting software experience preferred
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner
-
Wider accounts experience would be advantageous
