What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing relationships with Accountancy & Finance clients across Sussex.
- Winning new business and expanding existing account partnerships.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high calibre finance professionals.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management.
- Building a strong local network and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your market.
- Working within a supportive, collaborative and successful team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
- Alternatively, a strong background in sales, business development or account management with a proven track record of success.
- Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A resilient, motivated and results focused mindset.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
