We are delighted to be partnering with a global, private equity-backed manufacturing and engineering services business to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making, budgeting and forecasting, profitability analysis, and business performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial analysis and commercial insight.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting.
- Analyse profitability, margins and key business KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop cash flow forecasts and support working capital initiatives.
- Prepare financial business cases for capital investment.
- Analyse data using ERP systems, Excel and Power BI.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Minimum three years' post-qualification experience in finance business partnering, financial analysis or management accounting.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering or service-based business is essential; experience in a private equity-backed environment would be advantageous.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience desirable.
- Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK.
Additional Information
This is primarily a home-based role with regular travel to sites across the UK. Candidates should ideally be based in North London or the Home Counties to enable easy access to the organisation's key locations.
