Our client, a friendly and well-established accountancy practice based in Erdington, is looking for a Temporary Accounts Administrator / Self-Assessment Support to join their team during a busy self-assessment period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in an accountancy, bookkeeping or finance administration environment who enjoys working with financial documentation and has a keen eye for detail.
The Role
You will be supporting the accountancy team by preparing client documentation for self-assessment processing. Duties will include:
- Organising receipts, bank statements and financial paperwork.
- Checking that all client information is complete and accurate.
- Preparing files for the accounting team to process.
- Assisting with general finance administration duties.
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial documents.
About You
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice, bookkeeping or finance administration environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to your work.
- The ability to organise and review financial paperwork accurately.
- Good administrative and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a small, supportive team.
- Availability to work in the Erdington office.
- Availability to start on 13th July for an initial four-week temporary assignment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 9:30am – 4:30pm
