We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established company seeking two skilled tradespeople to join their team covering Surrey. This is a self-employed CIS role with a full diary of work provided, offering the flexibility of contracting with the stability of regular work.
The Role
Working across occupied residential properties, you'll carry out a variety of building and maintenance tasks while delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
General building and plumbing repairs
Completing work to a high standard with minimal supervision
Working professionally within customers' homes
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Travelling between jobs across Surrey (fuel costs covered)
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' plumbing experience
Minimum 5 years' general building experience
CIS registered (UTR number required)
Full UK driving licence
Own van and tools
Based in Surrey
Available to start immediately
