New Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager
Permanent | Leicestershire | £50,000–£60,000 + bonus
We are supporting a well-established automotive group in the appointment of an experienced New Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager based in Leicestershire.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving sales performance, managing a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across new and used vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the dealership sales team
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and customers
- Oversee CRM, reporting, and stock management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
- Experience using CRM and reporting tools
- Full UK driving licence
