This company are looking for a proactive, organised and capable HR & Administration Assistant to join their team on a 4-month temporary contract.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who is agile in their approach, confident working independently, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing HR administrative support.
- Managing a busy inbox and responding to queries.
- Recording and monitoring sickness absence.
- Supporting administration, training bookings and compliance training.
- Creating engaging communications using Canva.
- Updating content on electronic communication screens.
- Managing and creating content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
About You:
- Strong administrative experience.
- Proactive, organised and able to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital systems.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Canva and social media platforms.
- Able to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands.
