Our client based in Stanstead Abbotts is looking for an administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate workloads, maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
This is a full-time temporary position on a monthly rolling basis to start ASAP. You will be required to work fulltime onsite in the office This role is paying an hourly rate of £12.71, plus holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Allocate work to field teams and monitor job progress.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally, responding to customer enquiries and coordinating with colleagues.
- Prepare reports and update documentation as required.
- Support scheduling and workload planning.
- Ensure data is entered accurately and kept up to date.
- General administrative duties (emails, reports, scheduling)
Essential Skills:
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to use spreadsheets and VLOOKUPs.
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Good administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
